Together you and Dr. Casellas will evaluate where you are, in terms of your physical condition, and what you want to achieve, before creating a personalized practice that meets your specific needs.
These private yoga sessions are recommended for beginners with little or no experience with yoga.
You can meet privately with Dr. Casellas for learning mindfulness yoga, learning stress-management modalities, or for life coaching.
If you would rather work one-on-one with a yoga teacher who will guide you, Dr. Casellas, with his trained eye and many years of experience, is available to meet with you.
He will guide you and teach you the proper alignment of different yoga postures, how to engage and strengthen your core, as well as show you how practice yoga safely, in a manner that will help you increase your strength, flexibility and, above all, calm the mind.
