Meet Your Retreat Guide

Since 1984, Dr. Jaime R. Carlo-Casellas has dedicated his life to helping people just like you cultivate freedom from trauma, stress and pain. To this end, he is a Certified Life Coach, a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and a Reiki practitioner. At his stress prevention therapy center in Rancho Mirage, California, he provides therapy through life coaching and mindfulness-based practices such as mindfulness meditation, trauma-informed yoga classes, yoga nidra and myofascial massage.

His goal with this retreat to provide a fully immersive experience for people who have the desire to apply stress prevention and reduction techniques to their past traumas and everyday lives and start living the joyful, productive lives they deserve.

The Retreat

Designed specifically for people who suffer from emotional trauma, grief, PTSD, depression, and other stress-related disorders, this retreat aims to empower people to take their lives back. Dr. Casellas believes that through a regular yoga and meditation practice, stress prevention and relief is within reach for everyone!

This retreat is a week dedicated to deepening your practice every day and to deepening your relationship with yourself. In a supportive, safe environment, you will indulge in self-care and learn stress prevention through the following practices:
